Now, Speedway Auto Auction, they're doing things a bit differently. They've got this whole online bidding thing going on, which is pretty handy if you don't want to spend your whole day at the auction.

They really put a lot of stock in treating their customers right. Their website's got all the bells and whistles – dealer registration, the list of cars up for grabs that day, even a live feed of the auction so you can follow along from home.

Want to know where these cars come from? Well, pull up a chair. You've got your off-lease vehicles, the ones folks return after their lease is up. Rental companies are always getting rid of older cars, too. Then there's the repossessed ones – banks gotta get their money somehow, right? Dealerships also send over cars they took as trade-ins. My Tip: Sometimes you'll even find cars from government fleets or even estate sales. It's a real mixed bag, and that's what makes it interesting, in my opinion.
