Shoals North Alabama Auto Auction is a weekly, dealer-only auction located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. It was established in August 18, 2009, with its first sale featuring 32 cars. Today, the auction operates two lanes and offers 175+ units from a range of consigners, including independent dealers, financial institutions, new car dealers, and title loan companies.

Every Thursday, the auction starts at 4:45 PM with 15-30 absolute units, featuring the repossessed vehicles from 9 America's Car-Mart stores, followed by the trade-ins of 95% seller Long Lewis Ford.

Shoals Alabama Car Auction Vehicle Arbitration

Shoals North Alabama Auto Auction has a specific arbitration policy for vehicle purchases. For in-lane buys, the arbitration period ends at 8:30 on the sale day or 1 hour after the vehicle's sale, whichever is later.

For Simulcast bidders, it ends at 2:00 PM the next day. A vehicle can be arbitrated if it has a defect that requires $600 or more in repairs.

Auction cars / trucks / vans / SUVs sold for $3,000 or less, those over 20 years old, or with over 200,000 miles are sold "as-is." Frame damage, salvage history, odometer issues, flood damage, previous Canadian or government use must be declared by the seller.

Vehicles from 2010 and earlier are sold as "Mileage Exempt." Diesel vehicles are "as-is" unless the seller provides a guarantee. Vehicles sold off the block are also "as-is."

The seller has 30 days to produce the title. If not, buyers can return the vehicle if they notify two days in advance, ensuring the vehicle remains in the same condition and doesn't exceed 100 additional miles.
