Orlando Longwood Auto Auction Policies & Rules

Auction Policies apply to both in-lane and online auctions and are strictly for licensed dealers. Retail customers are prohibited, and any found on the premises will be removed, leading to the associated company losing its auction privileges. There are no exceptions to this rule, including drivers and visitors.

Dealers are required to use auction-issued ID cards and must not share them. Once a vehicle is consigned, it must be offered for sale at the auction before it can be released.

Payments are expected on the auction day through specified methods, and any delay in wire transfers will result in late fees. "IF" sales have specific conditions and expiration times. Vehicles registered can be inspected by various authorities, including the Florida Highway Patrol and FBI.

Vehicles that are 20 years or older are exempt from mileage declarations, but this doesn't cover odometer discrepancies. While the auction provides vehicle history when available, it doesn't guarantee the accuracy of electronic data vehicle histories and won't arbitrate based solely on this data.
